Ytd had physic test.. studied so hard for nothing.. only testing for A.C generator i studied the entire chapter? WTH!! haii...
Today had nafa :
1. sit and reach got 53 :) 5 pts
2. shuttle run got 9.4sec 5 pts
3. standing board jump 218 i think 2 or 3 pts
4. sit up 44 5 pts
5. pull up 3 2 pts
6. 2.4 need to take.
Hopefully can get a sliver or gold this year!!!
