Damn training was like shit yesterday?
5 rounds hockey pitch warm-up.
4 rounds in 5mins after that X 2 = 8 laps of hockey pitch 2.4km in 10mins..
drills drills drills.. like mad!!
Wasn't happy with us..
6 cone suicide!! can die!! sprint to 1st cone then back, then 2nd and back.. etc for the rest of the 6 X 3 sets!! trieeddd
